Giovanni loves blending business, design, customer experience and content to achieve award winning strategies and experiences.

With almost 20 years under his belt and great experiences at companies like Siteworx and the Washington Post, he led interactive research and design efforts for a wide range of businesses. With clients as diverse as MTV Networks, Symantec, NPR, and JPMorgan Chase, he consistently pushed the boundaries of customer strategy and design. Prior to Siteworx, he established design strategy for major stories at the Washington Post, including coverage of the Iraq War, 2004 Elections, and the D.C. Sniper case.

He’s a noted expert and speaker in the areas of customer engagement, design, and technology, and am frequently cited in business and trade publications such as EContent, Ecommerce Times and UX Magazine. He’s also written on these topics and trends in mobile and digital experience design in FastCompany.
